Dussmann Next Level – our strategy for a successful future

To adjust in the long run to trends in the global economy and safeguard the success and growth of the Dussmann Group, we adopted a strategy called “Dussmann Next Level 2023” back in 2018, laying the foundation for our further development and evolution.

  • Establishment of the Dussmann Group in international facility management operations as a strategic partner for business process outsourcing in property management: When creating quality customized solutions for clients, emphasis is placed on careful use of resources and on international compliance standards.
  • Acceleration of both organic and inorganic growth and strategic acquisitions. Priorities are technical services, the very dynamic FM market in the Middle East, the expansion of out-patient services and additional Dussmann KulturKindergarten facilities.
  • Taking the lead as employer of choice for skilled personnel and management staff. The compensation and further training concepts are being expanded and personnel development and talent management strengthened.
  • Consistent deployment of new technologies. The Dussmann Group is investing in the digitalization of business and administrative processes and new support technology with the goal to digitalize a significant proportion of the value chain by 2023, supported by partnerships, alliances and joint ventures.
